Pin-Up

We recommend planning your visit 1-2 days in advance, Pin-Up we will be able to take into account your wishes and accommodate you as comfortably as possible.

We accept all reservations only by Name and Last Pin-Up This allows you to significantly reduce the number of errors and inaccuracies during placement.

We accept reservations by phone or WhatsApp from 12.00 to 02:00 Sun-Mon, or 12.00-4.00 Fri-Sat. If you hear an answering machine, it means all lines are busy, and we Pin-Up answer you or return your missed call within 15 minutes. Processing of applications in WhatsApp messages with great respect and attention occurs during Luna working hours from 12 hours on queue and as received , we will reply to you within 20 minutes or sooner.

We confirm all reservations on the day of the stated date of visit. This is very important for us and Luna guests, please treat understand that we will Pin-Up call you or write a text message, hoping for your response and to meet you soon.

If you are late, we can hold the Pin-Up for you 15 minutes, after which the reservation is cancelled.
